Shipping/Transportation Policy

Delivery process

Once we process your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are ready to be dispatched. Then they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

International Shipping – Currently we do not support international shipping.

Delivery locations

For items below the worth of 5,000/-, we ship all over india. For items above the worth of Rs. 5000/-, we only ship in South guajrat and surrounding region.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the delivery details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

Estimated delivery time

We usually dispatch within 1-10 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

Though, we keep 90% of the products in our inventory, we may run out of stock at times. While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order.

Shipping/transportation charges

Shipping charges will vary according to the product fragility, price and location. Most of the products will have the shipping charges mentioned along side the price of the product. If the shipping charges are extra, same will be conveyed to you in advance via email. You will have to pay the shipping amount separately in this case.
